There are many ways to volunteer at Mid Michigan Art Guild.

Shows: Assisting at shows is the easiest way to volunteer. We always need people to do intake, hang, take down, and checkout pieces that are picked up.

Hospitality: Another easy opportunity is bringing refreshments to the receptions.

Demo/Workshop: Share your skills at a meeting or coordinate a workshop for members.

Committee: Serve on a committee!

Hospitality Committee- Coordinate volunteers for setting up receptions and bringing refreshments.

Show Committee- Work with venues to schedule show dates and establish rules. Get contracts signed with venues.

Judging Committee- Schedule judges for judged shows, sign contracts.

Social Media/Marketing Committee- Photography at events, post events and member shows on social media platforms

Outreach Committee- Bring Smiles to Seniors cards, community engagement.

Program Committee- Schedule speakers for meetings, schedule workshops, plan Christmas party.

Member Communications- NewsBytes, show photos for website.

Website- Maintain and update website and events calendar. Registration for membership and shows and Christmas party.

Membership- August membership drive, create/maintain member roster, welcome/member information email.

Board of Directors- President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary.
