An Art Exhibit to honor our MMAG volunteers

Not a judged show, but there will be ONE PRIZE! The head librarian will choose a favorite, and the winning artist will receive a free MMAG membership for next year!

Eligibility / Exhibit Requirements – Open without a fee to members who have paid dues for 2022–2023, and who have volunteered for any MMAG function within the last three years.

Work must be original, conceived and created solely by the artist. It can be a piece that was exhibited in a previous judged Guild show. No reproductions or work based on a published or copyrighted photograph. Each member may submit 1 (one) piece. All entries must be dry and wired for hanging (no sawtooth hangers!) with a label attached to the back of the artwork including your name, the title, media, and price if piece will be available for sale. The Guild reserves the right to decline any work that does not meet the above requirements.

Also, CADL-Okemos reserves the right to decline any artwork they consider unacceptable. Work must remain at CADL-Okemos for the entire show and all work MUST be for sale.

Liability and Insurance – CADL-Okemos and MMAG will take all precautions to safeguard your work, but neither can be responsible for the loss or any damage to your work. You are responsible for insuring your artwork if you wish.

Sales and Commission – there is no commission on sales.

If you cannot make the posted times, please arrange for someone to deliver/pick up your work. No other times will be available. This is for minimum disruption of gallery business.

Registration – ALL WORK MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE CHECK IN. No work will be accepted at check in that has not been registered by the deadline. Sorry, no walk-ins. Registration allows the committee to pre-print tags and plan for space requirements, and is required prior to check-in for the show. Registration is now closed.
