Dear Mid Michigan Art Guild members,
Thank you for your patience during this challenging time. We hope that you and your families are safe and remain healthy. Covid-19 has had a tremendous impact on in-person meetings and social events. Your MMAG Board members have been working on ideas and strategies in order to provide you the best possible opportunity for art shows, demos, and other means to stay connected as we begin this 2020-2021 season. Information regarding upcoming shows and events will be forthcoming. Watch for updates in the NewsBytes.
To kick off the season we will be offering a reduced membership rate of $35.00. That will be in effect from Thursday, September 17th for 3 weeks, until Thursday, October 8th, 2020. After that date, the usual rate of $40.00 will be in effect. Online membership registration will be available soon.
We have a Fall Show planned for Mid-October. If you’d like to participate your dues will need to be current by Thursday, October 8th, 2020. Information regarding that show will be in a future NewsByte and on the website.
There are currently at least 4 shows planned for the upcoming season with additional ideas in the works. Membership dues is our only means of revenue and your membership is what funds our shows, judges, demo-artists, and more. That and our volunteers are what drive our success.
