Welcome to the Mid-Michigan Art Guild
Welcome!
Thank you for stopping by to visit the Mid-Michigan Art Guild. We are artists of all media working to express our inner visions through our creative energy. Art is vital to the spirit and wellbeing of each and everyone of us. We all express our creativity in different ways and as artists, many of us have gathered here.
The mission of the Mid-Michigan Art Guild is to cultivate, promote and encourage growth through the arts; to showcase and promote art and artists, to foster arts education and appreciation by providing opportunities to the mid-Michigan community to interact with these artists.
The MMAG was founded in 1952, Since our early beginnings our members have participated in exhibitions of their work in member shows, juried exhibits, participating, learning and sharing in workshops in various media several times a year.
Come join us! Guests are welcome. Meetings are held every third Thursday from September through May at the Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbott Road, East Lansing, Michigan (unless otherwise noted on the calendar).

Want to help?
As our MMAG year winds down, we are looking for volunteers for next year to be active participants to help in keeping the Guild the premier, active and professional group we have become. The Guild was first created June 13, 1952 when we only had nine members meeting at the state museum. Our future depends on the help and diverse expertise of our membership. Many of the positions will only take an hour or two per month to support the functions of the Guild and the wonderful opportunities to show your work. Help us continue to bring the Mid-Michigan Art Guild to the forefront of the art community in Michigan and gain national recognition through all of our efforts.
Thank you for your consideration in offering to volunteer. If you would like more information, please contact Donna Randall, President, at info@midmichiganartguild.org or call 517-281-1886.
Many more thanks to all current and former volunteers who have helped make the Mid-Michigan Art Guild what it is today. Without our volunteers, there would be no Guild.
